The Greater Dallas Chamber's Women's Business Conference, "Energize, Strategize and Maximize Your Power," is packed with educational opportunities for women in the workplace.

The conference will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Dallas on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Keynote speakers include:

	Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch (Lt. Col., retired) was named one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in America by Hispanic Business Magazine. A 20-year U.S. Army veteran, she rose from extreme poverty and illiteracy to become the highest-ranking Hispanic woman in the Combat Support Field of the U.S. Army.
	Business keynote Cathy E. Minehan is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Minehan develops policy decisions that promote the safety and soundness of the U.S. financial system as well as the health of the economy. She will discuss the current state of the economy.
	Deborah Norville, luncheon keynote speaker, covers complex and challenging issues as anchor of Inside Edition. A two-time Emmy Award winner and veteran of the media wars, Norville is author of the bestseller Back on Track.
	Afterburners-Closing Keynote Featured in BusinessWeek and the Wall Street Journal, Afterburners fighter pilots will lead you to breakthrough performance by applying mission tactics to business.
