Snapshot Spotlight
Destiny Award goes to Leadership Dallas Alumni
The St. Philip's Destiny Award recognizes those organizations and individuals who have demonstrated exceptional work towards bridging relationships between racial communities.  The 2004 Destiny Awards Selection Committee chose Leadership Dallas Alumni organization as one of this year's recipients due to the organization's creation of Dallas Dinner Table.

Jeff West, executive director of the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and a Leadership Dallas alumnus fashioned the concept of Dallas Dinner Table based on discussions he had with fellow Leadership Dallas alumni.   Dallas Dinner Table, in its fourth year, has grown tremendously, with over 800 participants.

The Leadership Dallas Alumni organization will receive the 2004 Destiny Award on March 2, 2004 at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel during a luncheon benefiting St. Philip's School & Community Center.  For more information on Leadership Dallas, the alumni organization and/or the 2004 Destiny Award, please contact Megan Inman at 214-746-6746 or minman@dallaschamber.org.
