The Technology Business Council has set Dec. 1 for the fifth annual State of Technology Luncheon. The program will be a fireside chat between Gilles Delfassey, Senior Executive, Wireless, Texas Instruments; Angel Ruiz, CEO,Cingular; Kris Rinne, Chief Technology Officer, Ericsson.
