Momentum Awards to honor growing businesses; nominations open in August

The Greater Dallas Chamber will accept nominations for the 2007 Momentum Awards August 1-31.  The Momentum Award celebrates economic growth by companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.  This year’s award ceremony will be held Oct. 4 at the Hotel Crescent Court, Dallas.

Categories include:

  • Employment growth (local and national)
  • Corporate relocation
  • Community investor
  • Community catalyst

Past recipients include DFW International Airport, Fluor Corporation, Countrywide Financial Services, University of North Texas-Dallas Campus and Capital One Bank.
